The principal aim of the Convention is to educate, to discover, to share and to develop the arts of the new circus and the street spectacles, fusing circus, music, dance, plastic arts(sculpture) and theatre. Allowing the community and the young men to accede to a cultural space, in an agreeable environment, with the necessary infrastructure and the safety.
