4 ball shower stuff. Can do high low pretty well on both sides. Hi mid low with strong hand is somewhat runable. Can do a round of it on my weak side.

4 ball 360. Often get it first try, but sometimes it takes several tries.

4 ball sprung cascade is solid

4 ball mill's mess 100 catches isn't too much of a stretch but it isn't perfect.

4 ball box patterns feeling mostly good. Those 8s in some of those don't need to be arced at all, makes it so much easier. Should probably arc them a little anyway to feel better about throwing an 8.

4 ball I also do some reverse throw practice. 534 for 10 rounds. 7531 for 2 or 3, sometimes 4 or 5. And also 7333 for 10 rounds from the halfshower on both sides.

5 ball practice tends to involve this with as little drops as possible (and stopping juggling for a moment between each)

cascade like 50 catches just to make sure it's solid (it always is nowadays, thankfully)

I can do all of those much longer but due to the balls being a bit too big for my arm muscles and not wanting to get worn out too quickly, I just try to keep short solid runs.

88441 sometimes I'll do this a bit. got 3 rounds a couple times so far. I don't always do this pattern.

67561 sometimes I'll try to run this if I'm not having a great session. Cause it feels like the bad throws aren't too detrimental to my form if it's learning a new pattern. But I got 5 rounds of this into and out of cascade, my best so far.

(6x,4)* to (6,4x)* to (6x,4)(6,4x) to (4x,6)(4,6x). 20 catches in each. Feels good when I get this sequence first try.

Usually a 5 ball 3 up though sometimes that isn't solid.

6 balls hasn't felt great but I got over 60 throws async a couple times. Got a 50 catch run clean of sync.

I tried 75 on both sides with inside 7s (so not the halfshower) and it feels like it might be easier for me to run 75 this way. Got like 20 catches on both sides. It doesn't feel great but my halfshowers have always been a bit too neglected.

7 balls: this is why I remained motivated to write a lot and just in general. Got between 6 and 10 runs of 7 that were 30+ throws. The best was 39. I've had 4 runs this year over 40 throws, best being 50. But just in general, this was a better day for 7 balls than normal. It's all about focusing on the first and last throw of the flash from my weak hand. The first throw from my strong hand (first throw of flash) is also important, and throwing it a little hiigher tends to help the pattern begin. For weak hand (right) first throw often goes too forward, and last throw often is too arced causing collision with 4th ball, so needs thrown more straight upwards. It helps so much and I don't know why I can't focus on it on every attempt. Just part of the learning process I guess.

I tried using marker to color the ping pong balls that the machine uses. This did not work and the marker rubbed off the balls and got everywhere. I declare those balls, purchased at Wal-Mart for $2 to be a total loss. I decided to invest in new set of better ping-pong balls. The new ones are three star, and claim to be better than the one star ones that I was previously using.

I also tried using a Sharpie permanent marker on one of the older one star balls. The marker slightly changed the finish. I cleaned one of the older one star balls and that also slightly changed the finish. When I observed the machine juggling the balls, I found that the finish that the balls has drastically effects the trajectory.
