Dear friends,
we are happy to announce the first CoastCon. It will be held just before EJC from 23.07.16-30.07.16 in northern Germany close to the North Sea. The village is called Stedesdorf, part of eastfrisia, the windy place close to the dutch border.
We will have full access to a new gym and there is lots and lots of space around it where we can pitch our tents. Next to the gym there is a football field, a basketball court, a BBQ area and a playground.
But the best news is that we only pay 55€ per person for the whole week including breakfast, gym access and camping. We are limited to 50 jugglers though, so be quick to register. On the last saturday we can travel to the EJC together, if enough people register we could also hire a bus or similar.
The village itself is rather small (500 people) but quite picturesque and close to the sea (15km). The locals are looking forward to having us there. In exchange for the low cost, we will have one free afternoon (3-4h) where all the village children are welcome to join us and try out some juggling themselves. In the village there are no shops at all, but shopping trips can be organised. The next town is only 6km away. We have access to a small kitchen, which is enough for cooking tea and storing food, but not enough for cooking big meals. That's no problem though as there is enough space to cook outside on camping stoves. Stedesdorf can be reached by car and there is a train station in the next village.
As places are limited and to make the organisation part easier, we would appreciate it if you register rather early if you are interested to come.
