We'll be in the Students Union building, on campus, for the day before joining the M 25 Fire Spin and Chill Out group for a fire show and open jam. More details to follow.
Entry is £8 adults/£4 Children (Under 15yrs)
There are regular trains from London Waterloo/Reading to Egham, and regular buses from Egham station to the university campus. The convention is a short walk from the station if you're willing to move those legs. For those driving the post code is TW20 0EX.
There are a few affordable hotels in Egham for anyone who would like to soak up the clean Surrey air for a few days. Check out the travel lodge website, or The-Runnymede-on-Thames for something a bit more upmarket.
