Rock and Flow Festival is a flow arts and camp experience. We offer classes in the arts, movement, circus, and flow as well as crafts, games and many camp activities for all ages!
Rock and Flow Festival is a Come As You Are event. All are welcome. We believe in demonstrating unconditional love through respecting others, inclusivity, and meeting people where they are at.
We seek to create a community that supports kids and families and individuals from all different backgrounds to learn and grow together by drawing from this community a teaching base, with elements of art, movement, circus, and flow within a camp setting.
We offer classes, meals, music, art and more!
Flow, also known as the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.
