Fundamental in all technical juggling is the rhythm. Paying even closer attention to the musicality we can develop expression otherwise unreachable. Alan's workshop looks at both the technical and musical sides of juggling, each based on rhythm, with clear exercises to develop feeling and theory of how the beat really relates to the juggle. In addition we will look at methods of general technical development and at particular patterns which suit themselves to the connection with music.
