This Workshop will focus on club juggling and physical movement. The day begins with an objectless warm-up, in order to awaken us to body and spatial awareness. We will then seek, through exercises and improvisations with the body and the objects, possibilities to bring new movement into our work. At the end of the workshop, each participant will have created a new sequence for themselves.
