European Juggling Convention 2023

EJC 2023 IS ON!
We are going to… LUBLIN!
We are extremely happy to inform you that European Juggling Convention will be coming for the third time to the beautiful city of Lublin (Poland). The dates stay as planned: 29.07-06.08, and the pre-reg is starting very soon!
After a very intense period of work, Fundacja Sztukmistrze (the same team behind EJC 2012 and 2017) have secured the same venue as the previous conventions within a beautiful park, with large halls (combined 11 000 square meters!) and an awesome gala venue.
What is more - the EJC has official backing from the City of Lublin!
The Polish team will be now working with the Irish team to join forces and give you the best EJC possible. And it is looking good!
And remember - WE ALL ARE THE EJC! WE ALL HAVE TO COME TO LUBLIN THIS YEAR! So start searching for trains and flights (there is an airport in Lublin!) and put money aside for the convention week ticket which will become available to get very soon! And super important: make other people know! Share! Advertise! Support the EJC! We need you more than ever! MAKE IT HAPPEN WITH US!

Update on European Juggling Convention, EJC 2023 in Ireland:

Important EJC 2023 Announcement!
Hello Jugglers and Circus Family,
We have an update for this year's EJC. After many difficulties securing a site for the Convention, we are delighted to say we are now in final negotiations with a venue. We are working on this process at full speed, and hope to have a final decision and contract by the end of March.
So what we want you to know is that the final decision on the site will be made very soon. The team are fully dedicated and strong, and are fully confident of hosting the EJC this summer! Our dates remain 29 July - 6 Aug 2023!
We really appreciate both your patience and good wishes. Hosting an EJC is a huge task, and we are grateful for all the support now and to come. Be sure that we as a team promise to deliver the best EJC we can, and we look forward to welcoming you to Ireland very soon!!!

Updates on EJC 2023:

See the event. In short: It won't be in Ireland, but "There is currently a strong alternative being worked on in another country, but for the same dates."

Hopefully, we will know more next week or so. We are still expecting an EJC, don't make other plans! :)

European Juggling Convention 2023 - Ireland

In case anyone missed the announcement yesterday:

After bringing the Irish European Juggling Convention forward by a year when the French EJC team were unable to host EJC 2023, the Irish EJC team have been searching for the best venue in Ireland.

Next year’s European Juggling Convention will take place in Gormanston, Co. Meath, Ireland 29 July - 6 August.

***IMPORTANT EJC 2023 NEWS***
Last night the EJC teams announced that the EJC for 2023 passed from France to Ireland.
A close count in terms of votes, France was originally elected to host the event, by the jugglers attending the VEJC General Assembly last July. Unfortunately a problem with camping space has meant that the decision was made to withdraw from hosting, and Ireland (in consultation with the EJA) has agreed to take over the event.
We are very, VERY grateful to both the French and Irish teams for their co-operation and efficiency in this time, plus all of the hard work that both teams have already invested in their projects.
We look forward to visiting Ireland in 2023, and look forward to France's next bid for the event.
