Well done for discovering the trick. I've seen it done before, and done it myself. My memories are hazy, but probably at a London juggling workshop in the mid-90s.

Good work. It's always nice to invent something, even if you're not the first to have done so (which is pretty much invariably the case with juggling). Have you tried it with the other hand? And then both together? I've just been playing with it myself and putting the two together is not too bad once you get both sides solid.

I've seen it although I don't remember a specific video reference.

Hey thanks for posting this! I appreciate that you recognize this trick, since it's one of the hardest box juggling tricks I know.
I'm also doing it in my old juggling video at around 0:50 and you can see it in multiple angles!!
