I just booked TWJC's tickets for #Crawley2013. I got caught in an endless loop through the online booking system & if you are booking over 6 tickets you have to go through the booking office anyway so save yourself the bother & just call 01293 553636. Not explicitly advertised is a £1 booking charge *per ticket* (seriously?!) which is capped at £6.
I'll be boycotting the website certainly. How hard can it be to build a functioning website?! You don't see me cocking anything up! :)
The lady at the box office was very quick, efficient & explained everything very clearly. I'm not particularly bothered about the extra money for the booking fee, the festival is more than worth it. I just don't like hidden charges that you only find out about at the checkout.
